Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine the hot sauce, honey, and butter. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- In a medium bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- To assemble the sandwich, place a chicken breast on the bottom half of each hamburger bun. Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken and top with coleslaw and pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Notes
