  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tots package instructions. Arrange the tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake as directed until they’re golden and crispy.
  2. While the tater tots are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it’s crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumbled or chop the bacon into small pieces.
