Sesame beef udon is a classic Asian-inspired dish that brings together tender strips of beef, chewy udon noodles, and a rich, savory sauce with a nutty sesame flavor. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare, making it a perfect option for a busy weeknight or weekend dinner. Let’s begin!

Notes
To make this dish even more flavorful, you can add some green onions or chopped cilantro as a garnish. If you’re looking for a little bit of spice, add some sriracha or chili flakes to the sauce. I’ll sometimes toss in additional veggies like bok choy or napa cabbage when I have them. Enjoy!
