  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add the egg mixture to the meat mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce and pasta or as a sandwich filling.

Notes

I usually throw these over pasta but recently my kids have been asking for meatball sandwiches instead. I’ll cut each meatball in half and layer them between buns then add a spoonful of sauce for good measure. These meatballs also freeze really well if you make extra. Enjoy!
