Instructions

  1. Prepare the Noodles (10 minutes):
    Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. If using spaghetti, follow the same process.
  2. Cook the Beef (5 minutes):
    Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Season the beef slices with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables (5 minutes):
    Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and green onions, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Combine Ingredients (5 minutes):
    Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture, tossing to combine everything evenly.
  5. Serve (2 minutes):
