Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 ounces beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, chicken, and shrimp. Add the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the meat and seafood are evenly coated with the spices. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the marinated beef, chicken, and shrimp to the other side. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and the shrimp turns pink.
  4. Once cooked, combine the meat, shrimp, and vegetables in the skillet and toss together to mix well.
  5. Serve the beef, chicken, and shrimp fajitas hot in tortillas, garnished with freshly chopped cilantro. Squeeze some fresh lime juice over the filling for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

Thinly slicing the meat and seafood ensures that they cook quickly and evenly. Feel free to adjust the spice levels according to your preference by adding more or less chili powder and cumin. Serve these fajitas with warm tortillas and a variety of toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños. You can also serve them with a side of Mexican rice, refried beans, or a crisp green salad for a complete meal. Enjoy!
