  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to coat.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Alternatively, you can cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink in the center.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill or skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  6. Place a handful of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
  7. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  9. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the filling.
  10. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  11. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
