Guacamole Layer:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt, to taste

Cheese Layer:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tomatoes Layer:

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Toppings Layer:

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Other toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare Black Bean Layer (3 minutes): In a bowl, mash the black beans with ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture as the first layer in a serving dish.

  2. Add Sour Cream (2 minutes): In another bowl, mix sour cream with taco seasoning. Spread this over the black bean layer.

  4. Layer Guacamole (3 minutes): Mash avocados with lime juice and salt. Spread this guacamole layer over the sour cream.

  5. Continue Layering (5 minutes): Add the cheese and tomatoes.
