Notes

This dish is all about textures and contrasts – the crunchy hush puppies, the tangy mustard seeds, and the creamy aioli, all complemented by the crispness of fresh greens and cabbage. If you’re keen on enhancing flavors, consider adding a touch of smoked paprika to your aioli. For those looking to add some heat, a dash of cayenne in the hush puppy batter does wonders. Pair this dish with a refreshing iced tea or a chilled white wine for an added touch of luxury. Remember, the key lies in balancing the flavors, so feel free to adjust ingredients according to taste.
