Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients (10 minutes): Slice beef and vegetables. Mince garlic and grate ginger.
  2. Cook Beef (5 minutes): Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and sear until browned on both sides. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. Stir Fry Veggies (8 minutes): In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and broccoli and stir fry for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until the veggies are slightly tender yet still crisp.
