Notes

This salad is a delightful balance of flavors and textures, but feel free to make it your own! You can add a protein of your choice, such as grilled chicken or shrimp, to make it a complete meal. For some extra crunch, you can also sprinkle some chopped roasted peanuts or crispy fried onions on top. It pairs nicely with other Asian-inspired dishes like teriyaki chicken or grilled tofu as well. Enjoy!
