Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet (5 minutes):
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Prepare the puff pastry (5 minutes):
    • On a lightly floured surface, unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet and roll it out slightly to smooth the creases and create an even rectangle.
    • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Add the filling (5 minutes):
