Notes
Bringing TexMex flavors to life in your kitchen doesn’t have to be a long, drawn-out process. Always opt for fresh shrimp, as it tends to have a sweeter flavor and better texture. The corn and tomato salsa can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator, which allows the flavors to meld beautifully. If you’re feeling a bit indulgent, freshly baked cornbread makes for an excellent sidekick!
