  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the slaw. In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots and finely chopped broccoli florets. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss well and set aside.
  2. Now, let’s bread and fry the chicken. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine the flour with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. In another dish, place the beaten eggs. In a third dish, spread out the breadcrumbs.
