Notes
I recommend using Neiman Marcus bacon for the best flavor but if you want to lighten things up, turkey bacon or even tempeh bacon will do. Feel free to experiment with your bread types as well — I typically use whole wheat or sourdough which gives the sandwich some additional depth. You also can’t go wrong with adding a slice of cheese or some deli turkey if desired. Enjoy!
